On the 25th November 2025 we will be migrating all Atomos Cloud Studio (ACS) members to Mavis Cloud Hub (MCH), a new platform that will continue to support Camera to Cloud (C2C) and live streaming features for Atomos devices.
What to Expect During the Migration
- No Service Interruption: If you currently use Camera to Cloud or live streaming through your Atomos device, you should not experience any disruption. Uploads and device operations in the field will continue as normal.
- Automatic Account and Device Migration: Your existing ACS account email and any devices connected to the cloud within the last 12 months will be copied to Mavis Cloud Hub. This includes all active device destination configurations
- Redirects and Access: Redirects will be put in place from ACS to MCH so you can continue to use existing ACS bookmarks or links.
After the Migration
- Password Reset Required: For security reasons, passwords cannot be transferred. When you next login, you'll be prompted you to set a new password for your MCH account. This process will also require you to confirm your account email address.
- Existing Frame.io Destinations: Any existing Frame.io destinations will continue to function as before. However, you won’t be able to create new Frame.io destinations after migration. To create new Frame.io connections, you’ll need to configure them directly on your Atomos device using the latest device firmware.
- ACS Retirements: Atomos has chosen to shut down the following services - Atomos Live Shows, Atomos RemoteView, Atomos Edit
- Billing and Subscriptions: All billing will be transferred to Mavis. Future charges will come from Mavis Broadcast Ltd.
Timeline and Next Steps
We expect to start and complete the migration on November 25th. Firmware updates will continue to be available for Atomos devices as usual.
