NDI allows you to receive video and audio into Mavis Monitor from other NDI-enabled software or hardware on the same network. This makes it possible to integrate Mavis Monitor into live production systems, streaming setups, or collaborative workflows without additional cables.
Activating NDI
To activate NDI, Tap the screen to display the Toolbar then tap the More button . Select 'Input Source' from the menu then select NDI. Allow network access (if required) and finally select an NDI source from the available list.
Important: Activating multiple network based services may impact the overall performance of NDI. Please ensure you have sufficient network bandwidth and test any complex set up before production use.
