Creating a Cloud Hub account

Mavis Cloud Hub accounts can be created using:

 

Using Sign in with Apple

Sign in with Apple is a fast, easy, and secure way to log in to apps and websites using your Apple ID. When you use Sign in with Apple:

  • Your Apple ID is used to verify your identity, so you don’t have to create or remember a new username and password
  • You can use the same login credentials across multiple devices (including iPhone, iPad, and desktop browsers)

Creating an Account with Sign in with Apple

  1. Head to hub.mavis.cloud or download Mavis Camera
  2. Tap “Sign in with Apple” - Using hub.mavis.cloud this is available from the sign up page and using Mavis Camera it is available from the Cloud button
  3. Confirm Your Apple ID - A prompt will appear asking you to confirm which Apple ID you want to use. If necessary, switch accounts in the prompt to the Apple ID you prefer.
  4. Choose Your Email Preference - You can choose to Share Your Email (Mavis will have access to your real email address) or Hide Your Email (Apple will generate a private email relay address that forwards messages from Mavis to your real inbox).
  5. Complete the Sign-In - Follow the on-screen instructions and use Touch ID, Face ID, or your device passcode to authenticate.
  6. You’re All Set! - You’ve created your Mavis Cloud Hub account using Sign in with Apple. You can now use Sign in with Apple for Mavis Cloud Hub websites, apps and services.

 

Using Email

  1. Head to hub.mavis.cloud or download Mavis Camera
  2. Tap “Continue with Email” - Using hub.mavis.cloud this is available from the sign up page and using Mavis Camera it is available from the Cloud button
  3. Enter your details - A prompt will appear asking you to enter your name, email address and password
  4. Confirm your email address - Mavis will send a 6 digit code to the email address you provided.
  5. Complete the Sign up - Using hub.mavis.cloud or Mavis Camera, follow the on-screen instructions to enter the 6 digit code from step 4.
  6. You’re All Set! - You’ve created your Mavis Cloud Hub account using your email address. You can now sign in using your email and password for Mavis Cloud Hub websites, apps and services
