The Streamer sends the live Program output from Mavis Studio to an online destination.
To set up streaming, tap the Stream button on the Home screen, then choose Edit Stream Settings.
Mavis Studio currently supports these streaming destination types:
- YouTube
- Twitch
- Custom RTMP
- SRT
Most streaming destinations require a stream key. Custom RTMP and SRT destinations may also require additional connection details.
Once the destination and required settings have been entered, Start Streaming becomes available.
Mavis Studio supports one stream destination at a time. If a Show needs to reach multiple destinations, the usual approach is to send the stream to a service that can distribute it elsewhere.
The Streamer is fed from Program, so whatever is live in Program is what gets streamed.
The stream settings also include encoder options, which define the quality of the outgoing stream. These settings are important because they affect how the final stream is delivered.
